Optional Secondary Phase Available for Difficult Collections

Some accounts may require additional pursuit. That’s why TekCollect’s Binary Program includes a Secondary Phase. At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, you can choose to transfer accounts that remain delinquent to our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD).

SCRD employs power-dialing, asset searches, advanced skip tracing and personal negotiations. We offer the industry’s premier litigation service department for court action, when necessary. And for IPGA members, TekCollect will advance all court, attorney and filing fees.

Account submission is solely at your discretion. With your approval, the account is transferred on a straight contingent fee basis. SCRD provides the industry’s most aggressive follow-through to collect from the most unresponsive debtors.
